Richard (Rick) Waugh is the founder and President of Waugh Consulting Engineers, LLC (WCE). Rick is representative of one the Subject Matter Experts (SME) at WCE.

Representing Rotating Equipment, Rick is a Specialist with over forty years of experience with International Contractors and has performed as Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer on projects ranging from small single pump upgrades to mega $2.5B projects with multiple 30,000 HP Compressor sets.
