Lessons Learned:
For large Engineering Companies, a Lessons Learned List is something that is filed away after a project closes down (not shared with other projects, not given to new hires). At WCE, Lessons Learned are what each of our SME’s has personally acquired through years of experience working on a multitude of highly successful project types and project sizes. Suggesting and/or Implementing Lessons Learned on your project is one of the great added value assets our SME’s will provide to your project.
